Location: Asian Pacific - E. Indonesia, Philippines, N. New Guinea to Palau and Pohnpei in Micronesia.

Hide-out: Coral-rich areas and rocky reefs to 30m.
Location: Central Pacific - Phoenix and Line Is., French Polynesia and Pitcaim Is.
